IM&TE Calibration Services

NASA Ames Research Center is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Inspection, Measuring, and Testing Equipment (IM&TE) calibration and repair services. The BPA will be a firm‑fixed‑price arrangement with a five‑year ordering period, and individual task orders may be placed up to one year beyond the BPA term. Offerors must demonstrate technical capability, provide up to three recent past‑performance references, submit fully‑burdened hourly rates for repair and metrology, and supply proof of ISO 9001/ASQC Q9001, ANSI/NCSL Z540.1‑1994, ANSI/NCSL Z540.3‑2006, and ANSI/ISO/IEC 17025:2000 accreditation. All responses are to be submitted electronically by September 8, 2026 (2 p.m. PST). The work will be performed on‑site at Moffett Field, CA, with delivery required within 30 days of order receipt.
