GSA Fleet Lease Vehicle Auction & Marshalling Services - McAlester, OK

The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Fleet Management (GSA Fleet) is seeking information from contractors to provide vehicle auction and marshalling services or marshalling only services for Government vehicles in the McAlester, OK area. The services required include advising on optimal disposition strategies, performing full vehicle inspections, creating and executing marketing plans, and providing customer service to bidders and buyers. The contractor will be responsible for managing the logistics of vehicle transportation, preparing vehicles for sale, and ensuring the security and storage of vehicles. Some key aspects of the job include: • Auction and marshalling site tasks such as advising on disposition strategies and performing vehicle inspections • Providing recommendations on vehicle repairs and pricing • Creating and executing marketing plans to catalog vehicles and announce sales • Performing electronic inventory management and supporting the creation of vehicle disposition documentation • Conducting activities related to bidder and buyer management • Providing end-to-end customer service and support throughout the sales process • Facilitating payment collection and encouraging maximum participation through non-government affiliated services • Storing, servicing, and remarketing electric vehicles • Transporting vehicles to and from vendor locations • Preparing vehicles for public inspection and final sales • Offering industry-aligned services for customers to perform vehicle test drives • Providing state-of-the-art technology to improve customer experience • Conducting a full and open competitive sales process • Ensuring the security, storage, and release of vehicles • Managing logistics and preparing vehicles for sale • Working with local government entities to facilitate inspections and documentation • Performing electronic inventory management and offering recommendations on vehicle repairs and pricing • Providing customer service to buyers in global markets • Creating and executing marketing campaigns for local markets • Offering an internet sales platform to reach a global audience • Collecting proceeds from vehicle sales and converting to U.S. dollars if necessary
