Description
The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a qualified provider to establish and operate a nine‑bed residential treatment facility that meets ASAM Level 3.1 low‑intensity standards for individuals with substance use disorder and co‑occurring conditions in Minot, ND. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of program delivery, staffing, housing, and supporting services throughout the contract period.
• 9‑bed residential unit compliant with ASAM Level 3.1 criteria.
• Full service provision including clinical care, housing, and support for SUD/co‑occurring clients.
• Must be registered on the North Dakota State Bidders List and able to operate in Minot, ND.
