The City of Pawtucket is soliciting proposals to fabricate and deliver a single, powder‑coated entrance sign for the Main Street Parklet. The contract is limited to manufacturing and freight; installation is excluded. The vendor must supply shop drawings stamped by a Rhode Island‑licensed engineer, provide a finish sample for approval, and meet all ARPA procurement requirements, including bonding and insurance. The award will be based on price (50 % weighting), lead time (30 %), and references (20 %).
• Deliver one custom‑designed entrance sign (RAL 5015 Sky Blue powder‑coat) – fabrication only.
• Provide stamped shop drawings, finish sample, and FOB‑destination freight cost in a lump‑sum bid.
• Must furnish bid bond (≥ 5 % of bid), performance and fidelity bonds, and required insurance; comply with Buy‑American and ARPA rules.
