MyLicense Renewal

The Department of Maryland State Police is seeking a Master Contractor for the MyLicense Renewal project, which involves license management software. The contractor will be required to provide new and unused equipment, and deliver it to the Maryland State Police Quartermaster Division. The Department reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity, limited by funding. The contractor must also provide a Mercury Affidavit and estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The contractor must submit proposals electronically through eMaryland Marketplace Advantage. • The contractor must include MSRP with all bid(s) and fill out a no bid form if electing not to bid. • The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped. • The contractor must provide warranty terms with the bid.
