FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) Integrating Sphere and components

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is conducting market research to identify potential sources that can provide an FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) Integrating Sphere and components system. The system should meet the technical specifications outlined in the notice, including a gold-plated Integrating Sphere, a mercury cadmium telluride (MCT) detector, and an FTIR source. The contractor shall also provide a computer and software to run experiments, analyze measurement data, and identify polymers/materials based on recorded spectral signal.
