DPS - PROFESSIONAL DRY CLEANING, LAUNDRY SERVICES, AND REPAIR/ALTERATION OF OSHP UNIFORMS

The Ohio Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking a contractor to provide professional dry cleaning, laundry services, and repair/alteration of Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) uniforms. The contractor will be responsible for picking up and delivering items at designated locations, performing dry cleaning, pressing, laundering, ironing, repairing, and altering services. The contractor must also provide triplicate copies of service tickets and maintain a method to positively identify each article of clothing. The contract will be for a period of 36 months, with the option to renew for an additional 24 months. Key requirements include: • Providing high-quality laundry and dry cleaning services • Picking up and delivering items at designated locations • Performing repairs and alterations • Maintaining a method to positively identify each article of clothing • Providing triplicate copies of service tickets • Maintaining sufficient equipment, capacity, facilities, and reliable vehicles • Having access to redundant facilities and systems in case of an emergency • Operating a minimum of two delivery vehicles • Not subcontracting any services without written consent from the agency
