This solicitation seeks a self‑hosted, on‑premise instance of AEM Elements 360 Starter Package. The license includes up to two administrator accounts, five standard user accounts, thirty sensing locations, one alerting location, email alerts for up to ten recipients, map layers and dashboard widgets for flood risk, severe weather, and wildfire, plus local API access. No server hardware, hardware support, or online training is provided. Suppliers must submit a Quick‑Quote response through Alabama Buys by the stated deadline.
• Deliver a term license for the Elements 360 software, installed on the customer’s own servers.
• Provide the specified user‑account limits, sensing locations, and alerting capabilities.
• Include API access for local data integration; exclude any hardware, hosting, or training services.
• Comply with Alabama’s Quick‑Quote standard terms (e‑Verify, tax registration, etc.).
