Description
The U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) is seeking quotes for the purchase of approximately 126 Mini Audiometers and 22 Sound Level Meters. The equipment must meet specific requirements, including hearing threshold range, RAM, HDD, operating system, and test frequencies. The contractor shall supply, deliver, and install the equipment at various Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) locations throughout the Continental United States. Key features of the Mini Audiometers include:
• Hearing Threshold Range: 0 to 90 dB in 5 dB steps
• RAM: 1 GB minimum to 4 GB
• HDD: 8 GB minimum
• Operating system: 32- or 64-bit Windows with 1.4 GHz or higher processor
• Delivery of instructions in at least 21 languages
• Supports access to MHS-Genesis and DOEHR

• Indicators: power, left response, right response
• Test Frequencies: 500 Hz, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 kHz
