Newberg Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade 2026

The City of Newberg is seeking a consultant civil engineering firm to provide full design services for a substantial upgrade to its Waste Water Treatment plant. The scope of work includes project management, cost estimates, preliminary and final design work to re-construct the wastewater treatment plant in compliance with DEQ regulations and future flow projections.
