The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 is seeking to award a non‑competitive, sole‑source, firm‑fixed‑price contract to Payton Merger Sub II, LLC dba AudioCARE (an Artera Company) for the provision of AudioCARE software licenses, support, and related services across Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs).
