As-Needed Agreements for Construction Services - Architecture Section

The San Francisco International Airport is seeking qualified firms to provide as-needed construction services for the Design & Construction Division's Architecture Section. The airport anticipates awarding up to six As-Needed Agreements, each with a not-to-exceed amount of $10,000,000 and a duration of five years. The scope of work includes interior improvement and architectural exterior projects, such as space reconfiguration, finish upgrades, and related building modifications. Proposers must have previous relevant experience and qualifications related to the work described in the solicitation. • The airport will issue a Request for Quotes for individual Contract Service Orders (CSOs) to all contractors that have capacity within their As-Needed Agreement to perform the CSO work. • The airport will attempt to obtain at least three quotes for each CSO, and the contractor with the lowest responsive and responsible quote will be awarded the CSO. • Contractors are not required to submit a quote for each CSO issued but are encouraged to do so. • Each approved CSO will become part of and incorporated into the As-Needed Agreement as though fully set forth without the need for a formal Change Order to the As-Needed Agreement.
