The Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce “Barber Shop Beauty” chits – a flat‑sheet form printed on white paper with black type and red serial numbers, perforated and wire‑stitched into 100‑sheet pads. The total requirement is 1 000 000 sheets (1 000 packages). The work includes sourcing JCP‑spec paper, printing, perforation, wire stitching, Kraft wrapping, labeling, and palletizing to GPO standards, then delivering the finished product to the DLA warehouse at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma by June 15 2026.
• 1 000 000 sheets printed one‑sided, black ink plus PMS 185 red serial numbers (1000001‑1999999).
• Material specs: JCP Paper Spec D10 (16 #, 17 × 22 in), 0.020 in chipboard backing, 3½ × 7 in trim size.
• Finishing: perforation line, two wire stitches per stub, Kraft‑wrap 10 pads per package, GPO Form 905 labeling, palletized in corrugated cartons ≤ 50 lb.
• Delivery: FOB destination, must arrive by 15 June 2026, Monday‑Friday 07:00‑15:00 CST at DLA warehouse, with email notification of shipment.
