Synopsis Sole Source

The US Navy is issuing a sole source notice for the design-build construction of a helicopter parking apron at Mari Naval Base in Cyprus. The work will provide for a fully functional facility for helicopter operations. The notice is published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals.
