Description
The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek, Namibia requires health insurance services for its local employees and their eligible dependents. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four one-year option periods. The contractor will provide health insurance coverage, including hospitalization, emergency services, outpatient services, and prescription drugs. The contractor must be licensed to provide health insurance in Namibia and must demonstrate experience in administering health insurance plans.
• The contractor must provide a brochure outlining the health insurance benefits and coverage.
• The contractor must have a system in place for processing claims and providing customer service.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Namibia.
