Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide submarine fender maintenance and disposal services in South Korea. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining submarine fenders at Busan, South Korea, and disposing of fender sets at Chinhae, South Korea. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the government, considering price and other factors.
• The contractor must be authorized to operate and do business in South Korea.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the services.
• The contractor must submit a quotation that includes a detailed breakdown of the price.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and safety.
• The contractor must provide proof of incorporation or other documentation to demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042, if applicable.
