Executive and Physician Search

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking proposals from executive and physician search firms to support the recruitment of senior administrative, executive-level, and faculty leaders. The selected firms will assist in identifying, sourcing, evaluating, and presenting highly qualified candidates for leadership roles throughout the institution. The scope of work includes conducting nationwide or global searches, developing position descriptions, presenting qualified candidates, coordinating interview logistics, conducting reference checks, and providing negotiation support. • The search firms will be required to conduct proactive talent research and outreach. • The firms will be expected to develop and refine detailed position descriptions and search specifications. • The firms will be required to conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, leadership capabilities, and cultural alignment. • The firms will be expected to prepare and submit candidate profiles and resumes. • The firms will be required to coordinate interview logistics and conduct professional and personal reference checks for finalist candidates.
