STX)-2026-003 Addendum 3 (Removal and Installation of Perimeter Fencing at St. Croix Container Port

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking bids from qualified and licensed contractors to replace approximately 2,000 linear feet of damaged perimeter fencing and install new fencing at the Wilfred "Bomba" Allick Container Port located on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands. The selected contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to perform the services. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 9:00 AM. The bid submission deadline is November 21, 2025.
