Bus Wash

The Livingston Educational Service Agency is seeking a vendor to provide a complete removal of the existing bus wash system and replacement/installation of a new bus wash system. The new system should meet all applicable federal, state, and local standards for a vehicle wash system and include features to effectively wash vehicles and ensure thorough underbody washes. The vendor will be responsible for providing project management, system installation, training, and post-implementation support. The proposal should include a detailed list of other facilities similar to Livingston Educational Service Agency that the vendor services or has served. • The system should be able to handle varied sized vehicles, including vans, full-size pickup trucks, and 40-foot conventional school buses. • The system should be able to retrofit into the existing wash bay, which has a 60-foot length, 18-foot width, and 20-foot height with 12x12 door openings. • The system should utilize existing utilities, including municipal water supply and discharge with a 208V 3-phase electrical supply. • The vendor should provide a preventative maintenance schedule with associated costs.
