Description
The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), is seeking a contractor to perform medical records reviews for the Inpatient and Outpatient departments. The contractor will provide On-going Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) and external peer review as needed. The reviews will be completed by board-certified physicians in the applicable specialty. The contract has a base period of 12 months with two option years, also of 12 months each. The contractor will review approximately 500-600 charts per year.

• Performing medical records reviews for Inpatient and Outpatient departments
