Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking a vendor to provide a Datadog subscription for a 12-month period. The subscription should include Standard GovCloud Support directly from Datadog. The vendor must be authorized to resell Datadog subscriptions and provide proof of authorization from the manufacturer. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor will be required to provide services upon receipt of a written Notice to Proceed.
• The Datadog subscription should include Infra Host (Pro Plus) - FedRAMP, APM Enterprise - FedRAMP, Log Events (30 Day Retention) – FedRAMP, Log Ingestion - FedRAMP, RUM Measure - FedRAMP, and RUM Investigate - FedRAMP.
• The contractor must submit a bid that includes all required documentation, including a transmittal letter, minimum qualifications documentation, and a bid price form.
• The contractor must also comply with all applicable federal regulations, including those related to lobbying and discrimination.
