The State of California Department of General Services is issuing a statewide, two‑year, fixed‑price contract (with up to three one‑year extensions) for the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of Caltrans roadway signs. Bidders must be the manufacturing factory or a factory‑authorized distributor, and the manufacturing facility must appear on Caltrans’s Authorized Facility Audit List before award. All pricing is FOB destination, freight prepaid, and must be submitted via the prescribed pricing workbooks (Attachments 1A‑1C). No price adjustments are permitted during the base term; any manufacturer price declines must be passed to the State.
