ADMINISTRATION OF METROPOLITAN’S WATER STANDBY CHARGE PROGRAM

The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is seeking a consultant to administer its Water Standby Charge Program. The program is authorized under Section 134.5 of the Metropolitan Water District Act and is imposed on all non-exempt property in the six-county service area. The consultant will be responsible for maintaining a computer database system, updating records, preparing standby charges, and providing reports to Metropolitan. The consultant must have at least five years of experience in performing similar services and must meet the minimum qualifications outlined in the RFP. • The consultant will maintain a computer database system for the six counties in the service area. • The consultant will update records and prepare standby charges in accordance with direct assessment procedures. • The consultant will provide reports to Metropolitan, including a report by county and member agency. • The consultant must have at least five years of experience in performing similar services. • The consultant must meet the minimum qualifications outlined in the RFP.
