The City of Sidney is accepting electronic bids for the Stewart Subdivision Water & Sewer Replacement Phase II project. The project involves the reconstruction of Cheryl Avenue, Robert Place, and Glenn Place cul-de-sacs, including the replacement of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, waterline, sidewalk, and curb & gutter as needed.
