Air Compressor Maintenance and Repair Services

The City of Austin is seeking a contractor to provide air compressor maintenance and repair services for their facilities. The contractor will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on air compressor systems at the Sand Hill Energy Center and Decker Creek Power Station. The contract will be for an initial term of 12 months, with the option to extend for up to four additional 12-month periods. The contractor must provide qualified labor, supervision, and appropriate tools to repair, upgrade, or modify compressor systems. • The contractor must perform work in accordance with recognized industry standards and best practices. • The contractor must comply with applicable City of Austin regulations, state laws, and federal standards. • The contractor must provide unit pricing for preventive maintenance services, labor for troubleshooting, inspections, reports, and repairs. • The contractor must maintain an after-hours communication and response plan for emergency service requests. • The contractor must mobilize on-site within 12 hours of receiving an urgent service request from Austin Energy.
