Description
The Jefferson County Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids for heavy truck parts, supplies, and repair services. The contract term is for one year with an option to renew for an additional year. The successful bidder will be required to provide parts and services that are of equal quality, compatible, and interchangeable with original equipment manufacturers. The bidder must also provide a discount from the specified price list. The County has maintenance sheds at several locations, and the bidder must be able to deliver parts and services to these locations.
• The bidder must provide a service call charge to the Jefferson County Maintenance Facility
• The bidder must provide labor costs per hour for site repairs
• The bidder must provide labor costs at the vendor's facility
• The bidder must provide mobile truck cost per hour
• The bidder must provide delivery to Jefferson County Maintenance shed
• The bidder must provide a percentage discount from the list price on any additional parts and/or material purchase
