PATH4EMS Peer Assistance

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is seeking proposals from qualified mental health services programs and professionals to provide mental health services as part of the Path4EMS Program. The program aims to support Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Providers who need assistance with physical, emotional, or psychological conditions that may be detrimental to their ability to provide emergency medical services. The selected provider will be responsible for providing education, evaluation, treatment, and referral services to EMS Providers and their family members. The contract is expected to start on August 1, 2026, and will have an initial term of one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to four additional one-year periods. • The proposal should include an organizational summary, experience and qualifications summary, project work plan, and budget. • The proposal should demonstrate an understanding of the State's requirements and contracting terms and conditions. • The proposal should provide sufficient details to allow the Evaluation Committee to determine whether the proposal demonstrates the ability to meet the State's needs, including the experience and resources necessary to carry out the work.
