Description
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking a contractor to provide "as needed" maintenance and repair services for the EDD facility located at 1440 Marin Street, Vallejo, CA 94590. The contractor will be expected to provide various services including inspections, minor emergency repairs, and minor carpentry work. The contract term is from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2029. The contractor must have a valid General B State Contractor's License and comply with all state, EDD, and local office policies and procedures.
• The contractor will be required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work.
• The contractor must have a valid General B State Contractor's License.
