2026 Park Paving and Storm Water Improvement

The City of Lyons is seeking bids for the 2026 Park Paving and Storm Water Improvement Project. The project involves the removal of stumps and general grading, installation of 18-inch RCP Storm Drain, curb and guttering, paving, and other related work. The project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of the notice to proceed. A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 10th, 2025, at 3pm at the project site. • The project is a design-build project, contractor at risk. • Bids must be submitted on Bid Proposal Forms furnished for that purpose. • A Bidder's Bond, payable to the City of Lyons, for 10 percent of the amount of the bid is required. • The City of Lyons reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
