Description
The Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services is seeking a contractor to provide a site, labor, and equipment to host the 2026 Summit on Behavioral Health. The summit will require setup for speakers and exhibitors, including audio and video needs, as well as a main conference room with chairs and tables set up in a banquet style for 350-300 attendees. The contractor will also need to provide complimentary parking for all attendees. Key responsibilities include:
• Handling speaker and exhibitor setup, including audio and video needs
• Setting up the main conference room with chairs and tables in a banquet style
• Providing complimentary parking for all attendees
• Providing labor and equipment for the event
The contractor should be able to provide a site that can accommodate the summit’s needs, and should be able to handle the logistics of the event.
