Description
The Hastings Phase II Roadways and Drainage Improvements Project involves reconstructing gravel roadways to asphalt pavement along Hastings Circle, Chigger Creek Drive, and Choate Drive. The project will also include drainage improvements. The project is funded by the General Land Office (GLO) under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Reconstructing approximately 2,718 linear feet of Hastings Circle
• Reconstructing approximately 2,297 linear feet of Chigger Creek Drive
• Reconstructing approximately 1,931 linear feet of Choate Drive
• Improving drainage along the roads
• Compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, including the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts wage rate
