Description
The Houston City College is seeking a consultant to provide Anaplan System Stabilization and Optimization Services. The primary objective of this engagement is to stabilize, optimize, and enhance the existing Anaplan System utilized by the Office of Financial Planning & Budget. The selected consultant will perform a comprehensive system assessment, execute necessary structural improvements, and conduct the construction of the annual Budget Book to ensure a seamless planning cycle. The consultant must have experience in Anaplan system assessment and optimization, and must be able to deliver both technical and functional solutions.
• The consultant will provide services including system audit, diagnostic & strategic roadmap, model optimization & enhancement, budget book development, and budget input process review & rework.
• The consultant must have a minimum of three years of experience in providing Anaplan system stabilization and optimization services.
• The consultant must provide a detailed list of their experience in providing similar services, including project name, location, year completed, and a brief project description.
• The consultant must provide a fee schedule for any fees not already listed on the line items.
