Description
The County of San Bernardino, on behalf of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide law enforcement services. The services include providing 24/7 on-site law enforcement coverage, responding to emergencies, detecting and investigating crimes, collaborating with medical center staff, and providing traffic enforcement. The contract period will be for a maximum of five years, beginning on or about April 1, 2026, and ending on March 31, 2031.
• The Proposer must provide hourly patrols of all areas of the main campus, with emphasis on the Emergency Department and other points of public interface.
• The Proposer must respond to emergencies and calls for assistance as soon as practicable.
• The Proposer must detect and investigate crimes.
• The Proposer must collaborate with Medical Center staff to maintain peace and order.
• The Proposer must provide traffic enforcement.
