Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Ciena materials and associated equipment for the Comptroller On-Net at 1904 Emmorton Rd. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Ciena and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer. The scope of work includes providing product specifications, installation, and training services. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous offer considering price and evaluation factors.
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012 contract.
• The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible.
• The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must include pricing for at least 90 days after the bid due date.
• The contract includes requirements for invoicing, payment, and warranty.
