Interior and Exterior Signage for CCD Boulder Creek Building

The Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) is seeking a qualified signage vendor to furnish and install interior and exterior signage for the Community College of Denver, Boulder Creek Health & Science Center. The project includes five exterior signs and one interior feature sign. The selected vendor will be responsible for fabricating all signage, preparing and submitting shop drawings, verifying field conditions, and coordinating with the CCD project team. The vendor must have experience with similar projects and meet specific requirements, including accessibility and insurance requirements. • The project requires the fabrication and installation of six signs, including five exterior signs and one interior sign. • The vendor must have experience with signage work in higher education, K-12 educational, governmental, municipal, healthcare, or similarly complex institutional facilities. • The vendor must provide project descriptions, project values, completion dates, and client references for each project submitted. • The vendor must demonstrate experience with illuminated and non-illuminated signage, including exterior building-mounted signage, monument signage, and interior identification signage. • The vendor must provide an example set of shop drawings from a past project to show their ability to produce shop drawings, coordinate electrical requirements, and perform field verification necessary to support fabrication and installation.
