Annual Financial Report Graphic Designer

The State Universities Retirement System (SURS) is seeking a qualified graphic design firm to design and layout its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). The selected vendor will be responsible for the overall design of the report, including the cover, divider pages, and interior spreads, as well as charts and graphs. The final report will be a full-color, 105-page document in both digital and print-ready formats. The contract is expected to be for three years, with an option to extend for two additional years. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting initial meetings with stakeholders to understand project goals and processes • Providing three separate high-level cover and graphic design options • Converting Microsoft Word and Excel data to page formatting • Creating charts and graphs from statistical data • Providing editing and proofreading support • Revising the design files as requested by SURS The proposal must include a cover letter, fee proposal, and other required information.
