Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command is seeking qualified companies to provide elevator and lift maintenance and repair services for the Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island and the Naval Hospital Beaufort in South Carolina. The work will be accomplished under a combination Recurring/Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Non-Recurring/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option periods.
• The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform elevator maintenance and repair services.
• The contract will have a minimum guarantee for the base period.
• The government may require the contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six months under the Option-to-Extend Services clause.
