Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is seeking bids for the construction of up to 50 metal shade shelters and 25 hammock stands with reinforced concrete foundations at Navajo State Park. The project includes site preparation, excavations, installation of angular aggregate, reinforced cylindrical concrete footing installation, and site restoration. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the work.
• The project requires compliance with the Buy America preference, which mandates the use of domestic materials.
• The contractor must be registered to do business in the State of Colorado.
• A 5% bid bond is required for bids over $50,000.
