Cathodic Protection System replacement, monitoring and building structural repairs at the Marine Lab

Florida State University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a comprehensive upgrade of the cathodic protection system and associated structural repairs at its Coastal and Marine Laboratory (Building 408). The scope includes design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, monitoring, and all labor and material resources required to restore the building’s structural integrity and protect its metal components from corrosion in a marine environment. This is an Invitation to Negotiate, meaning FSU will evaluate proposals and negotiate terms with one or more respondents before awarding a contract. • Provide full‑service design, engineering, and construction for structural repairs and cathodic protection system replacement. • Supply, install, test, and commission monitoring equipment for corrosion control. • Deliver all required labor, materials, equipment, and testing services on‑site at the Marine Lab. • Must comply with university and state procurement regulations; negotiation will follow submission.
