The City of San Antonio Public Library is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS) solution that will redesign, develop, host, and maintain the library’s digital experience on an annual contract basis. The work includes user‑experience design, web development, content management, and ongoing technical support to serve a diverse patron base.
• Provide a library‑specific PaaS platform for the Digital Library, covering design, development, hosting, and maintenance.
• Deliver a modern, accessible user interface that improves navigation, search, and online service delivery for patrons.
• Offer annual support, updates, and performance monitoring, with the potential for contract renewal after the first year.
