The County seeks a qualified contractor to fabricate, deliver, and install two matching metal canopies at its Central Services facility in Lawrenceville, GA. The work includes full structural support, concrete footings, aluminum framing, roofing panels, and compliance with ASCE 7 design loads, as well as a one‑year warranty and strict insurance and E‑Verify requirements.
• Fabrication and installation of a 56‑ft‑long, 8‑ft‑wide canopy over a roll‑up door with a 9‑ft clear opening.
• Fabrication and installation of a 12‑ft‑wide by 10‑ft‑long canopy over a dock lift, providing 13‑ft‑6‑in clearance for tractor‑trailers.
• All structural steel/aluminum components, footings, and related civil work must be supplied; contractor must verify dimensions on‑site and provide shop drawings, calculations, and warranty documentation.
