RFP# 92277 - Tuition Assistance Management

The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is seeking proposals from qualified tuition assistance management vendors to support UMGC’s mission of expanding access to high-quality, affordable education for working adults in Maryland and nationally. The selected vendor will partner with UMGC to expand employer relationships, support learners using educational benefits, and enhance the visibility of UMGC programs within employer workforces. The scope of work includes employer engagement and partnership development, learning marketplace and employer-facing services, student engagement and support, introductions and visibility support, payment and technology platform, and marketing and collateral support. • The vendor will be responsible for leading employer sourcing, outreach, sales, procurement, and contracting activities on behalf of UMGC. • The vendor will work with employers to structure and maintain tuition benefit programs aligned with workforce development goals. • The vendor will support new employer onboarding and provide continued account management. • The vendor will maintain a curated marketplace of programs and learning options tailored to each employer partner. • The vendor will conduct B2B marketing and employer-facing visibility activities. • The vendor will increase employee awareness and utilization of available tuition benefits through outreach. • The vendor will provide employer-specific student portals for benefit exploration, eligibility management, and program guidance. • The vendor will offer benefits advising to prospective and current students. • The vendor will administer tuition benefits, including eligibility verification and communication. • The vendor will provide ongoing success coaching and career-related support. • The vendor will verify student eligibility upon request. • The vendor will connect UMGC with new employer partners to expand national reach. • The vendor will introduce prospective students to UMGC. • The vendor will facilitate benefit payment processing directly to UMGC. • The vendor will provide reporting and compliance tools for employer partners. • The vendor will identify and implement marketing opportunities such as webinars, newsletters, and employer communications. • The vendor will maintain a repository of UMGC marketing materials. • The vendor will designate a primary point of contact for all coordination.
