Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking courier services for the transportation of biological materials, organs, blood, and transplant-related equipment. The contractor must provide timely, secure, and compliant transport of these materials. The contract period of performance is for five years, with an estimated start date of June 1, 2026, and an ultimate completion date of May 31, 2031.
• The contractor must be available 24/7/365, including weekends and federal holidays.
• The contractor must be capable of responding to both scheduled and unscheduled critical requests with no delays.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement demonstrating technical capability to meet all the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• The contractor must provide past performance information.
• The contractor must provide a price schedule.
