SOLE SOURCE AMERICAN STRENGTHS CENTER TRAINING FOR TRAINERS

The opportunity is for a sole source contract to provide American Strengths Center LLC training for trainers to support Commander Naval Forces Japan and Commander Navy Region Japan. The contractor will deliver a 40-hour training for trainers event to certify 15 personnel in the use of American Strengths Center's copyrighted and proprietary strengths curriculum. The training will be conducted on-base at the CFAY MWR facility in Yokosuka, Japan, from April 13, 2026, to April 17, 2026. The contractor will also provide training materials, including workbooks, and submit a written summary of participant evaluations and feedback. Key aspects of the job include: * Providing a 40-hour training for trainers event to certify personnel in the use of American Strengths Center's strengths curriculum * Delivering training materials, including workbooks, to support the learning outcomes * Submitting a written summary of participant evaluations and feedback * Conducting the training on-base at the CFAY MWR facility in Yokosuka, Japan * Ensuring the training complies with OPNAVIST 1738.1 and CNIC 1738.1
