Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a contractor to repair two cooling towers located on the roof of Cadillac Place in Detroit. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting the work location and equipment, and providing a proposal that includes a statement of work, pricing, and other required documents. The State will evaluate proposals based on technical evaluation criteria, including product quality, service capabilities, delivery capabilities, and vendor questions worksheet. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the best value to the State.
• The cooling towers are 2-cell BAC cooling towers.
• The contractor must provide documentation to support mandatory minimum requirements.
• The State reserves the right to modify the RFP at any time.
• The contractor must submit a completed Confidential Treatment Form with their proposal.
