Description
The Haywood County Schools School Nutrition Department is seeking bids for milk products with an escalation/de-escalation clause. The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide milk products to various schools in the Haywood County area. The bidder must be able to deliver products twice a week to each school and must be able to provide a minimum of 90-day product guarantee. The bidder must also be able to provide samples and must be willing to accept a partial award for any combination of the items and/or services bid.
Some key points to consider:
• The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
• The bidder must be able to deliver products to 15 traditional sites and 6 summer food service programs.
• The bidder must be able to provide a minimum of 90-day product guarantee.
• The bidder must be willing to accept a partial award for any combination of the items and/or services bid.
