RFP for Signs and Materials

The City of West Fargo Public Works Department is requesting quotes for signs and sign materials. The quotes will be used to evaluate costs, and an order may be placed upon completion of the evaluation. The city reserves the right to cancel the request for quote, reject any or all quotes, and negotiate the requested services and contract terms with any vendor. The quotes must be sealed and submitted with a digital copy on a flash drive. The city is looking for vendors who can provide signs and materials that meet the specifications outlined in the request for quote. The signs and materials must be provided with a warranty period, and the vendor must note any deviations from the specifications on the bid form.
