Steam Tunnel Ventilation Replacement

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is conducting market research to identify qualified and certified 8(a) small business construction firms capable of performing a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) construction project for Steam Tunnel Ventilation System Replacement. The project involves replacing the existing steam tunnel ventilation system at the NIST Boulder Campus. The contractor will be responsible for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment required for the successful completion of the project. The project must be completed within 365 calendar days from notice to proceed. Key aspects of the project include: * Replacement of the steam tunnel ventilation system * Compliance with all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations * Implementation of a job-specific Safety, Health, and Environmental plan * Coordination with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for all aspects of the project * Provision of a detailed project schedule and regular progress updates * Maintenance of a clean and safe work site * Compliance with all security requirements and regulations.
