The Community Colleges of Spokane are seeking a vendor to supply a single Mitutoyo MiSTAR 555 shop‑floor CNC coordinate‑measuring machine (CMM) complete with factory installation, A2LA‑accredited calibration, training, warranty, and all required accessories listed in Exhibit A. The RFQ also specifies a Dell 3680 workstation (64 GB RAM, Windows 11) to support the CMM, as corrected by Addendum #1. No alternate models or used equipment are accepted; the solution must be new, fully compliant, and delivered FOB destination. The vendor must provide a firm, all‑inclusive price (including freight, packaging, taxes) and certify compliance with Washington state responsible‑bidder and wage‑theft regulations.
