Description
This solicitation establishes a supplemental, on‑demand contract for Maintenance, Repair, and Operation (MRO) equipment, supplies, materials, and small‑skilled‑labor services for members of the ESC Region 19 Allied States Cooperative. Vendors may submit a catalog‑based discount or fixed‑price schedule for a broad range of products and services; the contract is intended for “as‑needed” purchases using federal, state, or local funds. The award will be based on price, compliance, and ability to meet licensing/bonding requirements.
• Products: abrasives, hand tools, HVAC parts, plumbing fixtures, pumps, valves, warehouse equipment, lighting, safety‑glass, signage, etc.
• Services: installation, repair, removal, consultation, measurement, and other small‑skilled‑labor tasks across disciplines (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, carpentry, masonry, painting, forklift repair, etc.).
• Pricing: single minimum discount off a current electronic catalog or a fixed price; must submit an up‑to‑date catalog; discounts remain unchanged for the contract life.
• Compliance: vendor must hold all required permits, licenses, bonds, and provide credentials on request; asbestos removal excluded; daily site clean‑up required.
• Eligibility: open to all vendors; those already awarded on referenced prior solicitations (#22‑7434, #23‑7457, #24‑7486, #25‑7517) need not respond.
